for dead alliances why dont we add the Austo-German Empire (i think thats what they called it) and have Germany and Austria as its members -ice_freeze

Because that wasn't an alliance, that was a union. The United Netherlands is not an alliance. When Belgium was a part of the UK, that was not an alliance.
