Before creating new minister positions, review ALL of already created and if some of the existing positions is the same as already created rather add THE NAME of the position to already existing minister position.
For example: Rather of creating position Secretary of Communication which is the same as Minister of Communication, add Secretary of Communication to the list on Minister of Communication!
