Issue with flag-image link of specific region

For 2 of the 3 neighbors of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the flag used in the Neighbors template instead of showing the current owner as indicated in the Template:Regions/Owners, which is Slovenia in this instance, it results into FAIL.
Specifically for the pages of Slovenian Littoral and Veneto. The country in the owners list above is spelled correctly "Slovenia", so it shouldn't result into FAIL. I can't trace anything else for this issue :S -- Jimkats1 | profile 15:21, 28 November 2018 (PST)
