The Circles of Dio is the second holy text of the religion of Dioism, the state religion of the Holy Empire of Pakistan. It is the second official chronicle of the adventures of Dio Brando, as told by Dio himself. It is not intended to be a historical account, but a public narration of the world, as seen by Dio. It is the only religious text in existence to be written by God himself.

Origins

	“ My children, it is time for me to give you the second holy scripture. The story is from a time long forgotten, from a dimension you can not even begin to imagine. A dimension made of chaos. My homeland. This happened before, during, and after the book of Dio. This didn't take place in a physical world, such as you know it. This is the story of how I became Dio. Read, and study it well. ”

Characters

Dio

Dio is the titular protagonist of The Circles. He is introduced in The Second Circle.

Falc

Falc is a central character of The Circles. "She" is introduced in The Fifth Circle as "the warrior queen", and is an ally of Dio.

Hosurokii the Pig-Faced

Hosurokii the Pig-Faced is the antagonist of The Third Circle. He was an illiswine who briefly kept Dio as a slave. Hosurokii is later killed by Dio.

Dylbold

Dylbold is the antagonist of The Fourth Circle.

Terminology

Dio created many new terms to describe the places and races in The Circles.

Illiswine 

The primary antagonists in The Circles. They are said to be horrible prehistoric tentacled beasts that inhabited present-day Sweden. They are credited with creating capitalism.

The Unbroken Circle 

The core philosophy behind The Circles; meaning that "life will rise and fall and rise again ad infinitum".
