Urokhtor is a former President of Finland, a politician, a military leader and a journalist. He was born on Day 410 of the New World, right after his real life military service had ended. Later on, he briefly lived in Spain.

Military

Urokhtor has reached the military rank of Icon Field Marshal.jpg V1 Field Marshal, having reached that rank in late December 2009. Urokhtor has been awarded with 10 Super Soldier achievements. He has also achieved 4 Battle Hero medals, first two Urokhtor got from region swaps between Norway and Finland in September 2009, when Finland saved Norway from being conquered by Russia.

Urokhtor's military career began in June 2009 when he joined Finnish army group Hätäisen Toiminnan Joukot (Hasty Deployment Forces or HTJ). He served as a regular soldier until Gabriel Lavanche's reformation in August 2008 when HTJ was rearranged into three political wings. At that time Urokhtor served in Lavanche's government as Minister of Public Relations and was the Party president of the Finnish Liberaali Edistyspuolue (Liberal Advancement Party). His status gave him responsibility as the Commander of HTJ's liberal wing, Sinibaretit (Blue Berets). During his reign, Sinibaretit grew into HTJ's most efficient wing, often dealing over twice as much damage than other two wings.

In October 2009 Urokhtor was elected as the President of Finland. He had to resign his status as the Commander of Sinibaretit, but his close involvement with HTJ didn't end here. During his Presidential term he reformed HTJ again since effects of Lavanche's reform were not enough to make HTJ active enough. As President, Urokhtor was in close contact with the Finnish army, constantly helping army commanders with arranging Finnish army and dealing equipment to soldiers during operations, the thing that later Finnish Presidents haven't done.

Politics

Urokhtor was a member of the Liberaali Edistyspuolue party where he served as party president.

Urokhtor has represented the congress of Finland on 7 previous occasions.

Urokhtor is believed to have been the Minister of Information in Finland from August 25, 2009, replacing Griffoni.

In October 2009, Urokhtor was elected as the President of Finland, representing the Liberaali Edistyspuolue party.

Urokhtor owns the newspaper The Apostate. His newspaper had 470 subscriptions as of Day 865.
