This is a Tablecat template.

Usage

This template will produce Tablecat, a SJIS cat sitting on a table. In order to see it properly, you'll need to have either Japanese support installed on your computer or Mona Font installed. You can grab Mona Font here.

Once you have that set up, writing the following:

{{User:AgentChieftain/Sandbox/Template:Tablecat|COOL FREE RINGTONES}}

Should produce Tablecat, seen below. A screenshot of Tablecat can be seen on the right for comparison.

If you don't add a message, Tablecat will default to "hello i am table cat".
