He got elected two times for Congress and on 15, January of 2013 he was elected Party President in a last try to revive the Party which he failed to despite his efforts. When he left that MU, he joined '''Black Ops Internacional Unit - BO''' which had a very different way to do things if compared to SPA and it was there where he truly started to learn the game and it was in that time when he became interested by all the stuff around the daylife of ePortuguese society. Soon he turned into the guy who tried to sell the damage of MU everyday with his partner DurzaPT. By that time he was scammed for the first time and was his friend of BO, VilaVerde who helped him to balance the payments and other debts and Rui would be eternally grateful.
