Citizen Page

Hello. The citizen template is only for citizen pages. You should create one at Dark Eagle. The user page is for writing about what you are doing in the wiki. Translating templates

Honestly I don't know much about translating templates.... There is some direction on Help:Translating_Pages. You might also want to send a message to User:Andycro. He has done a lot with translating pages. You can also leave a message in the bar for help. Start your work in a sandbox and when they are ready we can move them into the template namespace. --QJ Lincoln Talk To Me 15:25, 4 November 2009 (UTC)

It is not so hard to translate templates because most of them is already prepared for translations. I would recommend that you start with easy ones like One:MenuV1 Template. To translate is easy. Simply create the template on language you would like to have and translate it. For example, for Latvian: You create One:MenuV1 Template/Latviešu (notice /Latviešu added to the template) and add the same things as on One:MenuV1 Template/English (English version of the template) but, of course, with links to Latvian articles. LOL, sorry, I forgot to mention that you have to create it in your sandbox. So you don't create the One:MenuV1 Template/Latviešu under that name, you create it under User:Dark Eagle/Sandbox, and when you are finish, just buzz me to check it. Latvian (Latviešu) templates

So, I create Latvian version of Template:Regions of Latvia in my sandbox (done). -- Dark Eagle (talk) 18:31, 6 November 2009 (UTC)

Implemented. As this is not automatic template, I have done some small corrections to the region articles. If you have the time, try to update, and than translate the Kurzeme article, so you can test how does it work. • Second, I am currently little bit busy, so you will have to wait few days so I can implement the templates
• Third, I hope that you have been reading the eRepublik:Bar, becuase some English templates will be removed so there is no point of translating them (Mostly Region templates and Party templates)

UPDATE Some of the templates are implemented, please try to edit Template:Countries/Latviešu just to see if you can and tell me if you can. Also, some of the templates were not translated correctly, some of them are not in use any more, and for one template I need to consult with MiniBill about its implementation. Templates

• Template:SoldierActions/Latviešu Done!
• Template:ICountry/Latviešu Done!
• Template:Country/Latviešu (Please see Template:ICountry) Not done, not sure how to implement instructions for ICountry, and keep formatting clean on the page.
• Template:CountryLink/Latviešu - Not sure if this is really needed, because the translation can be done on the current template very easily.

Template: Main

You seem to have tried to make Template:Main translatable by creating sub page /English. That template is now broken. I don't know if it's due to your actions or if it was broken before you made your changes, but do you know how to make it work? If not, I suggest you revert your edits and contact someone who knows. I tried making it work, but that template's code appears to be beyond my skills so I reverted my own edits. Also, you might want to think if that template's really worth translating. Is it such a big trouble to type

''Main article: [[Link/Language|Text]] OR {{L/DL|Link|Text}}''

 ? That's what I have done with Finnish translations. In general, please don't make any major changes in Template namespace unless you absolutely know what you're doing.
