Dear editor, I would just like to tell you that new Image policy has been implemented and I would like to ask you that when uploading try to name your file with some sense, especially citizen files which should be CitizenID.jpg (ID can be found in profile page of the citizen). Too many avatars uploaded for your citizen!

Dear editor,
Due to implementing Image policy we are warning you that you should choose maximum of 5 citizen avatars that you will use, with specially designating which will be your main avatar (that one will be updated with new versions of your avatar).
You can post your answer either in this talk page or by adding deletion template to your pictures that you want to be removed.
Also, naming for your main citizen avatar will be File:Citizen1234567.jpg and for your additional avatars:

• File:Citizen1234567 v2.jpg,
• File:Citizen1234567 v3.jpg,
• File:Citizen1234567 v4.jpg and
• File:Citizen1234567 v5.jpg

where 1234567 will be replaced by the ID number of your citizen.
If you do not comply with the notice in 15 days, sysop will randomly delete avatar images until he reaches a maximum of 5 avatars.
