Vitor Vieira

Vitor Vieira was an English citizen living in Scotland. He was well known for having a calm mind, liberal ideals and being fair with most people. He was a member of the People's Communist Party. It is unknown when he died.
History
In February 2009 (date unspecified by his records), José Vitor Vieira was born in the North of Portugal.
His education in the eRepublik was very successful, and by the time he moved to his second job, he had been qualified as fluent in English, Portuguese and some Spanish.
His first job was at "Hospitais Q5" in the North of Portugal, where he tried to earn enough to survive. He was unskilled at the time and moved from job to job 2 times until he stood in a Weapon Factory working. He remained there for 1 week.
In March, Vieira invites his friend Nekkar to move to the North with him but he intends on staying in the Azores. Tough times were storming Portugal. The Algarve had been taken over by Spain and they had been attacked by the USA. He fought for Portugal but afterwards, he decided he couldn't get any more punishment, and lousy food and around March 15th, he moved to the UK, to Scotland. He got a job in the food industry and quickly settled in.
As of March 25th, he kept improving his health and has run for the Congress of Scotland, having made a rather convincing, yet incomplete speech.
