From the start he was active in politics. Most of the time as a member of Czech Right Union.

Anti-communist revolution

On from Czech politics leaders of anti-communist revolution in Czech Republic. Also he had his part in critical part of revolution when Dan Michelsen gives back party presidency of Czech Right Union^[1].

In October 16, 2010 he was party president of Czech Right Union for the first time and in 6 December 2010 he became President of the Czech Republic which was successful end of the revolution.

Czechoslovakia

During his first term of country presidency in December 2010 Slovakia offered Czech citizens to join in a union between the two countries and make Czechoslovakia.

Vladislav Baloun was against^[2] but for the community cohesion he had to be part of the process.

From the beginning he tried to fight against what he saw as Slovakian disregard to Czech citizens ^[3] and what he perceived as their violations of The transformation treaty. But things didn't go well and he falls back from the political life for a while.

After that he tried to change Czechoslovakia once again when he rejoined the political life and become president of Czechoslovakia^[4]. But he could not change so much. Things went bad again^[5]. Afterwards he tried to work with players in Czech Republic on restoration of the state^[6].

After restoration of Czech Republic he took back his Czech citizenship^[7].

Build up Czech Republic

When he came back into Czech Republic he joined Czech Liberty Party and became their party president [8].

He worked with others on rebuild of state and fight against potential PTO groups.

All escalate after impeach of PROT11 in March 2012 when he became president [9]. This Presidential medal is missing as he became country president by Impeachment of PROT11.

In that times he has some personal issue and lack of time. It was April 2012.

Fight against Macedonian PTO

He came back in December 2012 when Czech Republic was under Macedonian PTO. For January 2013 he became common candidate for president from Národní Garda and Svobodné Česko. He won and PTo was defeated.

Dagger in the back

In 16 May 2013 he restore Czech Right Union and party president. In 6 July 2013 he won presidential election but before he can do anything he was impeached [10] by group around fwdre and p02jun. Baloun was not impressed with opposition tactics and realizes he must clear his name once again.

He resign on post of party president of Czech Right Union and start to support other players from this party.

Double presidency

In 6 September 2013 he candidate after a some time on president and he won again. He learned from mistakes from last term [11]. Established tradition of Monday speeches from president and apply a rule that even members of party (or parties) which support a winner could be in government.

In October he was elected again. At that time Czech Republic has good relationship with Argentina and Belarus

In both terms he try to repair airstrike on Republic of Moldova but even after a long time of preparations it failed [12]. After that he decided to concentrate on work in Czech Right Union.

Czech Right Union in hearts

On November 16 2013 he was elected as a party president again. With community inside of party he introduced new functions specification[13] and also adapt dialog in party and introduced internal debate about party actions (like candidates for president etc.).

Leaving Czech Republic

On April 13 2014 he resigned on his party presidency in Czech Right Union, his command in Czech Legion MU and left Czech Republic and moved to United Kingdom.
