Wes Lewis (16 October 2009 - May 2015) was a Canadian former Prime Minister, politician, soldier, among many other titles, claims, and involvement. In certain period of his life he decided to change his name to Julius Caligula, mostly while he was living in UK.

History

Wes was born in United States on October 16, 2009. He worked with the United States, for the first inactive part of his life, working under SEAL Team 6 until Hello Kitty, when he went AWOL. He moved to Hungary where he lived just working and nothing else for a period of two months, before slowly retention creep-ed up on him and he quit the game. Over a several month period he never came to the game, before rejoining the game, and moving to Canada. There he has pretty much lived since; with a few minor moves to Croatia (Major ATO Operation), Ireland (ICA), and finally the United States. He has been involved with many national events, and scandals; while in several offices, including Project Mayhem, Wes-gate which culminated with his impeachment as Prime Minister for a theft after having his account compromised. Then he decided to change the scenery and become citizen of United Kingdom. He stayed for a while before coming back to Canada.

Wes has also served in the paramilitaries and national military in some shape or form throughout his life, his highest rank being the Canadian Prime Minister which also made him the leader of the Canadian Armed Forces. He has also served as a General in the Irish Citizen Army during his time in Ireland, his role at that time was to take care of supplying the troops for working the next day and emergency situations. Before this he also served for a short time in Ireland's official military, but wasn't satisfied with the inactivity and moved over to the ICA. Then finally he has served in both The Crimson Order and Canadian Armed Forces his highest rank in the CAF was Corporal, and Lieutenant in TCO. Upon he went to UK, he joined the national military, the British Armed Forces under the Royal Parachute Regiment. On April 5th 2011, Julius left the British Armed Forces to join the militia Ultramarines whom were just expanding into the United Kingdom. Upon his return to Canada he joined a fresh unit Captains of Industry where he stayed til the end.

Wes has also been a very controversial and successful politician, starting his career doing minor work with the government supported wiki program. Then trying to assist the government education program, until it quickly dropped in activity and support for the cause had been lost. Finally moving over to the Deputy Attorney General position, which was where Wes would stay for several months; during that time he worked with Congress rewriting several pieces of legislation, and repealing several other Acts. This was also the period of the Project Mayhem scandal which was a major set back in Wes Lewis's career; which he wouldn't recover from for several months. After this a couple Congress terms came along, and he served as the Canadian Speaker of Congress. After this he had a small episode in the United States before making a successful run as Prime Minister in Canada, in January of 2011. Once in the UK, he quickly joined the political party Every Single One where he managed to won a Congress seat in March 2011, but he stayed there not for the full month as he the British Worker's Party where he stayed during UK era of his life. When he got back to Canada he joined Beaver Action League.

Major Scandals

Wes Lewis has been involved or implicated in several major events in Canadian History.

Business Theft

Wes Lewis, in his younger days, was involved in the theft of a small amount of Rolo Tahmasee's assets as a business partner. Which ended up in a expulsion from the Canadian Empire Party, and has plagued his career since never failing to be brought up in any event.

Irish Citizens Army Liquidation

During a brief period of living in Ireland Wes became very good friends with several important figures in the now defunct militia Irish Citizen Army. After a few days of membership he was quickly going through the ranks up to becoming a major supplier for the organization with total access to the militias assets. Without warning or cause on one late night of supplying the members of the militia Wes completely liquidated all assets and donated them to his citizen account leaving the country shortly after. The incident had little to no effect on his reputation back home outside of a few TCO elements, and he was never formally credited with the theft, until acknowledging it in a tell-all article two years later.

Project Mayhem

This term first came up to Wes Lewis, during Rolo Tahmasee's term as President, at this time Wes was the Deputy Attorney General under Greg McNeish. At this time Greg was absent (But never returned), so Wes was the acting Attorney General until further notice. A potential scandal had unfolded in a private chat room known as #secretz which after going down the chain there was an inactive CSIS, and inactive Attorney General, was left for Wes. He quickly got to work finding information and gathering intel on the issue, working closely under advisers in the Canadian Armed Forces High Command and Canadian forum admins. Once the report was ready, under advice from the High Command, Wes Lewis released the information to Congress and began securing the government organizations for impeachment of the President. Due to the lack of communication from Minister of Finance Addy Lawrence, Wes was unable to secure to financial organizations, before [Rolo Tahmasee]] caught wind of the impending coup. Acting on instinct and anger of the betrayal Rolo liquidated most of the important Financial organizations at the time netting thousands of gold as well as his impeachment.

After this event it became popular for anything suspicious in connection with many prominent Canadians to be regarded as part of Project Mayhem as well as deeming them "members" of the theorized secret organization.

Several months later in January 2011, Wes Lewis became President of Canada, several days into his term, in talks with Rolo Tahmasee, it was decided that all assets of the government would be liquidated and stolen. Using several fabricated events to create a guise of a hacking incident Wes Lewis cleared out the Canadian bank accounts. Several hours later an illegal impeach vote was started in response to what occurred, after much debate on the legality of such a vote without prior approval Wes Lewis was impeached as President. Overtime, much of what was stolen has been returned including a huge cash payment returned to the government and several other donations he no longer has any assets from the theft.
