William Thomas Riker
William Thomas Riker is Croatian citizen. He has chosen that name because it represents a man who is both soldier and politician (diplomat), explorer and a pilot. William registered on Day 699 of the New World. In August 2010 he joined the anti-PTO forces and helped saving the Congress. He is the press director of Starfleet Intelligence. Because his exemplar was the best pilot on the Enterprise, he chosen to develop the Air Unit skill. Because of his sharp tongue, he earned a total of 25,5 forfeit points. Riker is a well known mentor who helps new players.
Starfleet Intelligence
Starfleet Intelligence first meant to be a magazine with updates of the latest technology inspired by Star Trek. After gettting some forfeit points, Riker decided to publish articles regarding the eRepublik and to write about Star Trek as a comment to his article. Newspaper’s first name was Star Trek, because it’s article were about Star Trek. Later, Riker changed the name to Communicator. There are two reasons. First, Riker used those newspaper to get people’s comments. Second, article were written both on croatian and English so everyone could understand it. After some time he found the perfect avatar and call the newspaper Starfleet Intelligence. Of Riker’s 25,5 forfeit points, 8,5 were earned because of inappropriate articles published by this newspaper.
Riker helped others to get their Media Mogul medal, too. He organized a project in which every journalist could participate and the money collected was used to help survival of the new players.

Starfleet Engineering Corps
Riker’s co-account organization. First he had chosen the name Starfleet Command, but it was already taken. After finding the appropriate avatar, co-account was created. Because of "Engineering" in the name of his co-account, due to eRepublik Rising, Riker chosen the career of enginner. The organization got a total of 3,5 forfeit points due to Riker’s sharp tongue.
Starfleet Command
Starfleet Command officialy belongs to Riker’s co-account, organization Starfleet Engineering Corps. He uses it as a supplement to Starfleet Intelligence. Often, the articles are identical. All organization’s forfeit points were earned because of inappropriate articles in this newspaper.
Political career
Hrvatska stranka prava (Croatian Party of Right)
Riker joined this party because it was the second biggest party in Croatia. After candidating for the position of Party President and losing as second, after the official party candidate, he decided to create his own party.
United Federation of Planets
Riker created the party because he hated big allmighty politicians coming from top rated parties. He tried for a long peroid of time to coordinate the cooperation of all small parties. He allmost succeded when he grouped 11 small parties, including his own, to support him for CP. After two parties have deserted him, his project failed, and he ended as fourth on the CP elections. Few days after Croatia was conquered and party ended up in Serbia. Riker resigned as a PP. He was depressed because he almost made his Star Trek dream real in eRepublik.
Slobodna Hrvatska (Free Croatia)
After regaining Croatia, Riker was invited by Frojla to help the ATO of Croatian Congress. He agreed and became a congress member. Riker also helped the creation of party forum, and resumed to work as a worthy party member. Riker had total of three congress seats while being the party member, two in Lika and Gorski kotar, and one in Slavonia.
Hrvatska Demokratska Stranka (Croatian Democratic Party)
After Slobodna Hrvatska seized to exist in February 2011, when new PP Ivan Marko took place, Riker tried to convince him to return the party. That never happened. Riker remembered his friend Asklepije inviting him to HDS on several occasions, so he joined there. He also joined party's paramilitary unit Stormriders. After establishing Slobodna Hrvatska, on March 17, 2011, Riker joined left HDS.
Military career
First two BH medal Riker won in 2010 fighting for India in Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat.
Graničari (Border guards)
Riker joined them in December 2010, right after they were formed. After two weeks, that unit seized to exist.
Stormriders
Riker joined them in February 25, 2011. He is very active, fighting every day. In fact, Riker immediately brought few players like Gazda Ila and Striker007 with him to Windriders, version of Stormriders for young soldiers. On March 17, 2011, Riker left Stormriders.
