Yoshiyama Corporation was a company founded by Tadahito Kato. Headquartered in Kinki, Japan, its first subsidiary company was the Kuruwa Lottery. Because of the economic crisis in Japan, the company was closed down before it had any draw.

On 25 January 2008, Yoshiyama established a branch office in Asturias, Spain, and bought a Q2 iron company. It was named the Kuruwa Mining Company.
