Political party template

I've done many modifications to the template, which resulted in many modifications to party pages.

I hope that Admin will install parser hook(like {{#if:) so I can make a better one.

I have wikieye, it comes from wiki-ing for most of the past two days. I need sleep.

Actually, what I really need is a way to put things into Categories - I did some templates for the UK Honours system we will be introducing at some point (Kaleb has already been voted his OBE, it just hasn't been given to him yet) but what I'd really like to know how to do is to set it so that they are automatically added to a category of "UK Honours Recipients"...
