Nomination
I'm nominating Rowan Quigley to become a Wiki Sysop. Rowan is an established editor with somewhere around 4000 edits, and I think he's ready to become a Sysop. He already nominated himself one time (here), but rejected, because "he wasn't ready". This request was from June 2010. Time have passed, and I think I can nominate him now.
