Neutrality and Encyclopedic Content
This article is a direct copy/paste from the newspaper linked at the bottom, which is unacceptable (Especially for a military alliance). This needs to be entirely rewritten and given some bonafide sources and information without misleading content like "disapearance of ATLANTIS".
I understand that there is no contract for the alliance, but EDEN must have some kind of official source that can be used to rewrite this article. - –Dr. AgentChieftain “PPP!” B / C / D / F / P / S 03:05, 8 July 2009 (UTC)
Yes it is a copy-and-paste and is obviously just a stop-gap measure to help new players in the game have some information about what's going on.
Like all articles, with time it will be improved. Nigel Henry 18:05, 8 July 2009 (UTC)
Naming
Per MOS:ABBR I think this should be moved back to EDEN. No one calls or will call it "European Defense and Economic Network" just as no one called FIST the "Formidable International Security Treaty" (FIST should also be moved to FIST, now that I think of it). According to the MOS these should be at EDEN and FIST respectively with an explanation of the abbreviation in the page, which both pages do already. —Nicolae Carpathia | | Talk 01:34, 10 July 2009 (UTC)
- +1 I agree. Cases in point: NATO,
SEATO, UNESCO, etc. - –Dr. AgentChieftain “PPP!” B / C / D / F / P / S 01:30, 10 July 2009 (UTC) - +1 I agree. See below my argument. --Belea2008 09:48, 28 October 2009 (UTC)
- -1 I disagree. The name of the alliance is not EDEN, that is the abbreviation. Articles are named by name, not by abbreviation. We don't create party articles by abbreviation regardless of how much we use the terms BLF, FA, SAIL, USWP, PCP, over the name. --Esteban Delgado 08:28, 10 July 2009 (UTC)
- What about PEACE Global Community and ATLANTIS? - –Dr. AgentChieftain “PPP!” B / C / D / F / P / S 11:16, 14 August 2009 (UTC)
- Like AgentChieftain noticed, we have already started to create alliance pages using their abbreviations. People will search for abbreviations, not for long article names; people will search for "EDEN". Just my humble opinion. --Belea2008 09:48, 28 October 2009 (UTC)

Haha
HAHA. --Aryamehr talk 23:12, 10 July 2009 (UTC)
Just a link that should be added
Contract:Treaty of the Brotherhood of EDEN --VSkyzv 05:31, 28 October 2009 (UTC)
- The page you have created must be moved to the Contract namespace first. Just my humble opinion! --Belea2008 09:50, 28 October 2009 (UTC)
Map
The person who created the map forgot to add Greece. I can do it later but if someone is willing to do it first, I'm game. Spencer Magee 00:48, 8 November 2009 (UTC)
- Done. :) ~Rep 10:58, 14 November 2009 (UTC)
Removal
I removed the following sentence because it is speculation, not neutral, and not properly sourced:
- Consequentially, EDEN received criticism that they do not have a treaty because their member-states have all previously violated the Treaty of ATLANTIS and do not wish to embarrass their respective countries or the alliance[1] in doing so.

Australia
Australia is member of EDEN!!! Ciprian97 14:57, 31 December 2009 (UTC)
- Today I modify the map. In the IRC channel EDEN.public somebody say Australia isn't member. I update the map with Australia. --IVicentico 18:53, 6 January 2010 (UTC)
Alternative Emblem
Is this official? Or is this just some random addition? We ought not to clutter up the page. Ace Blazer 08:56, 6 January 2010 (UTC)
Map #2
the current map includes China, as its not official yet it should be removed. -- Tim Veltkamp| Nubcakes?
- Removed from map (might need cache clear before it shows) and page. -- sampo555 | Talk to me! 20:46, 6 June 2010 (UTC)
- again china has been added, -.- untill there has been a formal article about the them joining, it should not be added. ---- Tim Veltkamp| Nubcakes? 05:13, 11 July 2010 (UTC)
