The North Atlantic Treaty Organization Command Staff hands down orders to the entire corps. The General of N.A.T.O, General Daniel Quayle, and his Executive Officer, the Lieutenant General, are directly in charge of all operations of The North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Other positions in the Command HQ of The North Atlantic Treaty Organization include a council of nine members, a Treasurer, a head of Resistance Wars and a head of international Relations. Since 2009 this team has been ever changing with the majority of N.A.T.O members being from foreign countries, including the majority of the command team.
To qualify as a member of the N.A.T.O HQ you need to have at least five terms in total as Minister of Defense, Minister of Foreign Affairs, or Country President. Then when a member either is voted out or resigns the members will view everyone who applies then the best six candidates will be interviewed about their terms and ability from there they will be narrowed down to three. There will be one last grilling process before a new Command Staff member is appointed.
