Regalos Estatales Argentinos, formerly known as Ministerio de Salud y Bienestar, is a ministry responsible for the health of 
Argentinian citizens, especially those who are just starting out and have not yet caught up how to play.
Ministry achieves that through the donation of food, either for free or through lower prices that are managed in the market.
For that, the Ministry uses and carries out two types of actions.
- Provide free care to new Argentine citizens who have low health.
- Provide the service of cheap bread to the entire Argentine community, through the Fondo de Salud Rotoísta (FSR)

This team will take office if it is part of the Government Cabinet that won the Presidential elections. The only known cabinet for this ministry is from September / October 2010 team and it was as follows:

Free help for citizens
This service provided by the Ministry of Health is for those who are new to the game, or for those who stopped playing and returned again. The benefit of obtaining free food to regain health is free for one time only in the life of the citizen. The food will be provided free of charge so that the citizen can be kept at a good level of health and/or happiness.
In addition, through an agreement made with the Ministry of Education, it will be possible to help pupils who are training in the Ministry of Education, giving free food to those who have little health.
Requirements to enjoy this benefit:
- Health less than 50 and / or Happiness less than 50
- Not having received free help from the Ministry before (in v2)
- Be registered on the Argentinian forum
Fondo de Salud Rotoista (FSR)
The FSR is a system whose main objectives are:
- That citizen can hit once more a day, which favours their military promotion and the experience points, as well helps the battle in favor of Argentina;
- Citizen can have gifts at a much lower price than normal; so that there is a greater movement in the gift market, and consequently a greater movement in the diamond market.
Requirements to enjoy the benefits of the FSR:
- Level greater than 12
- Be registered on the Argentinian forum
