Rising talk:Productivity formula (V2)

Suggestion to admins. People are now employing more than 10 people per company. to stop this I propose that Productivity = (1 + (S/10) + B) * M be turned into Productivity = (X + (S/10) + B) * M. X is 1 when employees is <10, and 1-(EmployeesHired/RecomendedEmployees) when >10. Does anyone else think this is a good idea? Blaggard 13:50, 22 May 2011 (PDT)
