Myself and BeJIuKaH are currently in an edit war over the display of countries in the Template sidebar and of the description over the trial member, USA being mentioned in the first text of the page. He claims to be the official CoT Wiki editor for the page, however, there is no evidence to say he is. I'd suggest that the page be the same as others with only a number being shown in the template and the members shown later in the page for those that are interested. I hope others will understand this distress since we don't need an edit war going on contributing to the contributions of which, could cause the distribution of gold incorrectly. -- Icon-South Africa.png Mikhail Alexander | Talk 20:17, 3 February 2013 (PST)

Your information seems to be outdated. You have received a clear verification in your ingame message box by the Supreme Commander of the alliance that I am the official CoT Wiki Editor and I am in my full rights to properly edit the page as I consider it is right. In order that to happen I need you to abstain from messing in my business as you have no idea what should be written on the page. I think this is enough information so the edit war to be closed and I continue my work untroubled. -- Icon-Bulgaria.png Skyrunner7

Your reason is that information is outdated, the information that has been provided on the page was due to the last update released by CoT HQ, if you wish to post articles for them to be updated, that would be acceptable but your responsible is not really wanting me to unprotect this page. -- Icon-South Africa.png Mikhail Alexander | Talk 05:01, 8 February 2013 (PST)

I ment the info that I am not an official editor of the page. As such, you cannot stop me edit it as right now. I have beaten your arguments and you have to close the edit war. If you fail to do so, a request your rights to be taken down will be sent. <- This is supported by the SC of CoT. -- Icon-Bulgaria.png Skyrunner7

Pages are not meant to be owned or controlled by one person, this is an open community and anyone can edit whatever page they like, you need to learn that if someone edits it to be their way to increase readability that you learn to accept that, you're having that issues with insulting me and trying to get the page back, you need to learn that this is a game and not real-life, you're getting worked up over nothing and you need to take a break from the game I think, you need to see what's important in your life and this game won't be one of them, I guarantee it. If you wish to message Administrators asking for this to happen, you're more than welcome too, I have no powers to stop you but remember this, if I am told to remove the protection from the page, you need to learn that people will come along to edit it there way and if you get angry at that and start rolling back edits, you'll need to find another home elsewhere since you wouldn't be the person we're looking for. -- Icon-South Africa.png Mikhail Alexander | Talk 17:50, 8 February 2013 (PST)

"Pages are not meant to be owned or controlled by one person, this is an open community and anyone can edit whatever page they like" - Then open the page because I would like to edit it :) Everyone can edit it, right? -- Icon-Bulgaria.png Skyrunner7

I will not unprotect the page until the situation has been resolved, which it hasn't. -- Icon-South Africa.png Mikhail Alexander | Talk 02:04, 9 February 2013 (PST)

I see nothing else to discuss or solve. Be sure to unlock the page today. -- Icon-Bulgaria.png Skyrunner7

I again repeat that there is still a situation to be resolved that you will not revert my edits or you will be banned for wasting my time and gaining from those edits -- Icon-South Africa.png Mikhail Alexander | Talk 04:08, 12 February 2013 (PST)

I said I won't revert any changes made, but I will only re-edit if necessery as I am the official editor of the CoT Wiki page. -- Icon-Bulgaria.png Skyrunner7

Just to sum up, most if not all of the pages do use the template and numbers as values entered, not country list, even on the template example numbers are used. True no one owns the page, though it's important and all of the pages within the wiki or the same category/title follow the same house style. As an example looking at translations, if each editor would make their own version of the translation it would become a chaos, which is very similar to the situation with the Alliances. Therefore I sincerely hope that you can understand it Skyrunner, and you won't keep adding the country list to the template, then I guess the issue could be classified as resolved and page could be unprotected. --"Icon-UK.png Gucio" 08:24, 12 February 2013 (PST)

Gucio, this page is unique, it is not like "most of all the pages", so I see no problem if there is a country list in the box, under the Supreme Commandrs of the Alliance. I want it stated here, if you see such vital problem in this, and my arguments beaten. Otherwise, I will continue to add the country list as I see it better when it exists. -- Icon-Bulgaria.png Skyrunner7

I guess if that's the attitude you'll continue with, it might take a while for the page to be unlocked. Wiki isn't about uniqueness, as you can see on this page Template:Alliance it is using numbers not the list. The wiki is about following a reasonable style on all of the pages, imagine if each of the translations of 1 page would be totally different because they're unique, it would cause a chaos. Therefore we're kindly asking you not to make the list of countries under the template, to keep the same style to all other Alliance pages. --"Icon-UK.png Gucio" 14:20, 12 February 2013 (PST)

The attitude of Mikhail Alexander or whoever he is, was not kind at all. If he apologises to me, I may consider leaving your precious numbers ;) -- Icon-Bulgaria.png Skyrunner7

Fine, I apologize. I now don't care what you do with the page, just make it similar to all the other alliance ones, unlocking the page. -- Icon-South Africa.png Mikhail Alexander | Talk 04:32, 15 February 2013 (PST)
