Moving from level requirements to mission requirements

An example...

Also he created a grain company, which minimum level to do that is level 12. Can you give some explanation on this matter?"

Create grain company level validation was removed. In order to unlock the possibility of creating companies you need to complete missions 30 and 31 (31 is the first mission that tells you to create Training Grounds and then Train for the first time)."
