To answer this question in the appropriate space, at the founding of the party several members were already in congress, at certain points through history the US community has also run 6th party candidates in T5s, but still counted them as being candidates from their native party.
Additionally the US also has congressional delegates, such candidates are marked by symbols and the symbols are explained in the key.
