Henri XI or 'Henri the Eleventh' is a brilliant politician and statesman. In a very short time, he gained a lot of influence without even achieving high military levels or medals. In his first eRepublik-year he served as Minister of Foreign Affairs under President NoTie112 (ninth cabinet). Afterwards he was named Vice-President by President Jordic69. In his third month as politician he became Country President of the Netherlands and Secretary of Foreign Affairs of ORION. He served a second term as Minister of Foreign Affairs under President Shawtyl0w (third cabinet), a second one under President odan (third cabinet) and a fourth one under President Arcanic Mindje (second cabinet). Henri is currently (end of november 2016) running for his second term as Country President of the Netherlands.
