Help!

I was given a moving ticket by a very nice person. When I was about to move, it said I had to resign from my job. When I attempted to resign I received a message saying "You cannot resign from your job until 2009-07-26 18:31:30." Isn't 18:31:30 6:31 PM? It just turned 7:00 a moment ago, and I still cannot move.
