Howly is a citizen of Slovenia. He got banned and started playing again using new account, Ice Killa.
Death
After dying, Howly sent a message to the eRepublik administration team. He received the following response:

I really trust your good intentions concerning eRepublik (which is not valid for all the other presidents, some of them following personal gain). Still, the actions that happened are an insult to the other players and to the eRepublik project as a concept. Now, in order to make things clear: the Presidents accounts that posted those laws will never be unbanned. You are free to start a new account and help us building furthermore eRepublik and I am here to help you if you need it. ” |
