Krug 13 (eng. Circle 13) is a political party in Croatia. It was founded in July 2011. Since December of 2011 it was a part of Croatian Congress on most occasions.
History
Krug 13 was founded by 13 co-founders, thus the meaning of the number 13 in its name. It was a group of newbs who wished to involve young players into political life and decision making in Croatia and also help out in food and weapon donations to new players of eCroatia. Ever since its foundation on July 15 of 2011, every single day it has given out help to its youngest members. In Congress Krug 13 works to transfer as much as it can of decision making from government to Congress.
