Al Kazar is a citizen of South Africa, currently residing in the region of the Northern Cape. In real life he is a citizen of South Africa residing in Gauteng.

Al Kazar is the founding member and current Chief of the Tigra Tribe, the founding member tribe of the United Tribes of South Africa. He is also the Editor of the Tigra Times and Tribal Times SA newspapers.

He works for Tigra Foods - PSA and manages Tigra Gifts - PSA (both Proudly South African Tigra Tribe companies) and publishes the eSA News Network (eSANN) newspaper. He is a also member of the Independent Alternative political party.
