Colinar was a citizen of Italy who resided for a time in South Korea.
Politics
Originally a citizen of Italy and an influential politician, Colinar was elected President of Italy in January 2009. he has moved to South Korea where he was elected President in September 2009.
He was elected in a Congress and has served 7 terms as a Congressman.
Military
Colinar became the first Commander In Chief of the Italian Army. During his commanding period the Italian Army was mostly deployed in overseas wars such as the Second Sweden-Germany War (Germany side), Ibero-American War (Portugal side) and the World War I (PEACE side). He has achieved a military rank of General and has received following military medals:
