Uno Nisu is a citizen of Estonia. Also known as Nisu Unn.

Uno is a World War II veteran who is currently serving in The Royal Mercenary Forces of Estland. Has a trademark red coat and pornstar-style moustache. He will drink anything with alcohol in it, including cologne and perfume.
