Eric Boucher is a Canadian citizen born in June 2008. He died one year later, but he was revived in Autumn 2009.

Politics

He has served four terms as mayor of Quebec.
He was the founder of Parti Quebecois and leeded some times as party president of Bloc Populaire du Quebec.
In May 2009, he was elected into a Congress of Canada and after completing his first term, he stood for reelection. He was reelected and has served 2 consecutive terms in Congress of Canada.
