Background
After the Bulgaria-Argentina War, Argentina lost its territories at Paraguay, some of Bolivia and Southern Low Amazon of Peru, conquered entirely by Brazil, after a petition of Argentina, that also used to have Auckland under its domain, but was liberated by New Zealand at the beginning of that war.
After a time, Argentina conquered again Southern Low Amazon and Bolivia, remaining Pando under the government of Brazil. With Chile settled at the territories of Australia, and a mission about killing natural enemies, the war started.
