He was born in Mar 21, 2011. He joined the Bloque Socialista party, and was Minister of Leisure in May 2011. Then, he was congressman for the region of Argentine Northwest in June and joined the Fuerzas Armadas Argentinas military unit.

In February 2012, he was Vice president, during the Clorofila term. After, in March he was Deputy Minister of Defence during a difficult month in that area, cause part of the minister resigned their positions. Then, he was part of Defense Ministry at sometimes.
