Minor tweaking
If you replace the code with this it should constrain the fields to give the victory flag overlay effect, and make the date look better. I think. Give it a try, I don't like messing with a template that is used across pages. -- Citizen 6 Talk 05:28, 19 April 2011 (PDT)

- Lengthy Region and RW names will likely cause a problem once they extend to two rows. Here is a good example to work with while tweaking the header.
