Hedera was the 22nd President of Austria. A relatively new citizen, he quickly rose to the office of President on a pro-Phoenix, anti-establishment sentiment in the aftermath of the Croatian invasion of Austria. However, once in office he stole the treasury and state companies, retreated regions to the EDEN nation of Poland, and destroyed Austria's only hospital.

Narrowly avoiding impeachment on the first attempt - due to pro-EDEN elements in Austria wishing for the Poland/Austria landbridge to remain open - he was successfully removed from office on March 22nd, 2010.
