Achievements
Military
Member of the XXI. Bethlen Szazad since 2014 February. Before Bethlen he was member of IHA for a rather short time.
Politics
His first, and only, party was Magyar Hazafiak Partja. He has joined MHP in 2014 January and became congressman for the party in 2014 june. As MHP wasn't in the first five parties in Hungary, Hamptitus joined A KARD in order to get into the congress. This was due to an agreement between MHP and A KARD. In consequence of this, three member of MHP got places in the Congress. He was reelected for another congress term on 25th July. During this term he was appointed as the Leader of the MHP fraction. After his party reached the top 5 during August, he was elected as a congressman and became the MHP's parliamentary group leader again. As he ran for presidency in October, he didn't participate in the congress. In November he wasn't able to be a congressman, as he was the President. After two months of absence, he became a congress member again on 26th November.

Career
He has started his political career in 2014 February. He was appointed as Hungarian ambassador to Greece. Shortly after that, he became the Hungarian ambassador to Bulgaria and Turkey as well. He was an ambassador until 2014 may, when he requested to be a vice Minister of Foreign Affairs. He held that position in May and in June while Klopimida was the minister.[1] In July, under the presidency of Malwin Hun, he was appointed as the Minister of Foreign Affairs.[2] In August, he continued working as a MoFa under the presidency of Xer01.[3] He wrote a three-part series of articles about his experiences. In November he was asked to serve as an advisory to the MoFA team. He held this position for a week, before he resigned, due to the disagreement with the President's policy. After AzurefaIcon won the presidential elections on 5th February 2015, Hamptitus was asked to serve as vice Country President (Prime Minister).
Presidency
Hamptitus became President in October 2014.[4]
