The Second PBA All-Stars is the annual all-stars event of the Philippine Basketball Association. The events were held from August 29 to 30, 2013 at the Robert Jaworski Grand Coliseum in Cebu City, Visayas. This was the second edition of the event and was played during the league's first Philippine Cup. Highlighting the weekend is the Managers vs. All Stars game, where managers of the teams played against their own players.

All Star Game

Game Results

The PBA Managers won over the PBA All Stars 88-80. Commissioner Boy Pick Up paved the way for the Managers to win after scoring 24 points along with 11 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals and 4 blocks. Inaugural Cup Finals MVP Bobby Ray Parks Jr. was the high man for the All Stars, scoring 15 points.
