Albania D-4 was the military unit which gathers Albanian soldiers fighting in 
.
It was created in July 2012 as part of the reorganisation of the Albanian Armed Forces. Its predecessor was -AKSH-.
Albania D-4, as the other divisions of Albanian Armed Forces, was funded by the Albanian government as part of its defense program. The unit had over 60 members. Its chat room was #div4.alb on Rizon. Group fight schedule was: 15:00 and 23:00.
The unit was renamed to Ushtria Civile dhe Guerile in 2013, however, it got disbanded in the new era.
