Appealing your penalties

If you have received forfeit points, but you believe you have been unfairly penalized, you will have one chance to appeal your penalty but only after the 6th FP (check the Forfeit points table).

  1. Click on the "Forfeit Points" on your profile (see right image).
    • Here, you can see all the rules you have broken (see image below).
  2. As you can see, there is also an appeal link. You may click on it to start writing your appeal.
    • Again, you only have one chance, so use it well!

Suspension of accounts

If your account is suspended temporarily or permanently, when you try to log in you will see your penalties listed.
