Bill Forder was a citizen of USA, Senator from Wisconsin.
He was born on day 529 in California and started following politics. He discussed politics in the US forums and eventually left the USA because of people on the forums calling him a noob.
He moved to Spain and worked under Muljo Gobet's company in Spain. Bill attempted to run for congress in Extremadura, Spain, but was denied because he did not know Spanish to become a member of congress in Spain.
He moved back to the USA, but once again became disgruntled with the forum users.
