In late March 2010, Carlos moved to South Korea. He helped the country to rebuild being congressman again. He also created, with the Third Socialist International support, many socialist parties around the world, like the Anti-Imp. National Dem. Front Party, the Brazilian Communist Party, the North Korean Communist Party, the Third Internationale Party and the Romanian Communist Party.
At the end, he has lived in eRomania.
Retirement
In April of 2012, Carlos Bianchi decided to leave the communist movement in eRepublik game and retire from the Politics indefinitely. His sucessor was Gustavo, who was supposed to maintain the movement.

He is also editor of a newspaper named A Voz do Operario, which is affiliated with the 3rd Internationale movement, founded by Carlos Bianchi.
Military
Carlos Bianchi has achieved a military rank of Lt Colonel and has received 5 Super Soldier Medals.
