Revision as of 12:02, 14 June 2015
e-Eurovision Song Contest is an idea which origins from Ireland and is about countries sharing their music. Those countries are the one which actually competed at the real Eurovision.
Representatives from each participating country gathered and decided the rules for the 1st contest and also that the contest will take place each 6 months.
1st Contest - Ireland
The 1st contest was hosted by Ireland and the venue was eIreland's Radio channel at plug.dj on Thursday 11th June 2015 at 8:00 eRepublik time and 14 countries presented there their songs.
The competing countries were:
Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Czech Republik, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and Ukraine.
Before the contest took place, a total of 18 countries have expressed their interest to the contest, but Romania & Sweden never sent a song and Albania & Lithuania even though they sent songs, they never presented them so all 4 were excluded from the final list.
The voting system was 6-point (6, 4, 3, 2 and 1).
Each country hold its own national poll to make the final votes.

Award
The award of the winning country is the ability to host the next contest and also fame.Rules
From the 1st contest, there have been decided few and basic rules, as it was the first time something like this was organized. But anything would change for the next contests.
Artist(s)
The artist(s) of the song must be from the country they represent.
Language
There's no limitation at the language of the song.
Voting
The countries should hold national polls when to vote for other countries. How they will hold it, it's up to them, but all countries must make the poll during the voting deadline, else if no poll is made thus no votes from that country, then it will be disqualified.
In case of ties at critical places, such as the 1st place for the final scoreboard or for the votes of each country, the real Eurovision's rule is followed:
Fisrt it's most voters. If still tie, then most 6's, 4's etc.. If still tie, then the country that performed first during the contest, unless it's the host country.
