2nd Contest - Belgium

The preparations for the 2nd contest were due to begin in November. Even though there were plans for the contest, due to communication problems with the hosts, the contest was paused.

Award

Designed by tommot.
The award of the winning country is the ability to host the next contest and also fame.

Rules

From the 1st contest, there have been decided few and basic rules, as it was the first time something like this was organized. But anything would change for the next contests.

Artist(s)

The artist(s) of the song must be from the country they represent.

Language

There's no limitation at the language of the song.

Voting

The countries should hold national polls when to vote for other countries. How they will hold it, it's up to them, but all countries must make the poll during the voting deadline, else if no poll is made thus no votes from that country, then it will be disqualified.

In case of ties at critical places, such as the 1st place for the final scoreboard or for the votes of each country, the real Eurovision's rule is followed:

First, it's most voters. If still tie, then most 6's, 4's etc.. If still tie, then the country that performed first during the contest, unless it's the host country.
