Early life
Frappa10 was born in Lazio on 11 april 2010, become soon an active member of the Italian community.when he was 24 days old, Frappa10 was elected in Lazio as congressmen of the Partito Comunista Eitaliano, whith 20 votes. After that, Frappa10 was elected in Lombardy in july,september and october 2010, in november he was elected in Lazio and in december in tyrol. He is one of the most active player of Partito Comunista Eitaliano
