User-created position

The Minister of Community is a user created position often found in either an official or nonfficial capacity in the governments of countries. This position's duty is to improve activity within the country on their respective nation's IRC and forum services, as well as to publish articles to inform the community. To help the minister the minister often has a Vice Minister of Community assist him with his tasks.
