The North Korean Communist Party - NKCP was a left-wing marxist-leninist party founded by Celio Azevedo in 26/06/2009. He was a party president together with his Vice President Aarons-Miller. The party was suspended sometime in September 2009, but it was re-established again in January 2010 by Carlos Bianchi.

Its affiliated to the Third Socialist Internationale.
