B variable in strength formula
If 0 ≤ s < 1, then B = 0.50
Why there's such sentence if everyone when starts playing has 1 strength already? --Taksas027

- No? For example look here http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/1426956 he has 0xp and 1lvl so he couldn't train because it's possible only from lvl2 and also he would get 1xp --Taksas027

Why the formula? If the gain is always Bonus times two, why not just say
- 1 ≤ STR < 2 Gain is .5
- 2 ≤ STR < 3 Gain is .2
- 3 ≤ STR < 4 Gain is .1
- 4 ≤ STR Gain is .04
