Otus Leucotis is a former President of Finland. He has lived most of his life in Finland, but in May 2012 he took citizenship of United States for bonuses. At the moment he is member of the EDEN Military Corps and the Ultramarines.

Otus Leucotis is an active member of Liberaali Edistyspuolue, even though he isn't anymore citizen of Finland. He has worked many times in Finnish government, but now he is going to take a small vacation.
