P.A.N.D.A is a political party from 
Belgium. It has big potential, and it's now 3rd on National Rank.
P.A.N.D.A has the best relations with H.O.P.E. Also, it's very young party in Belgium, but, very popular.
They want to change political things in Belgium, and they are very active in Belgian community. They have good relations with all parties, but, H.O.P.E. is big sister of P.A.N.D.A
Party President and members
All party members can contact Party President and Presidency of P.A.N.D.A. If 80% of Party Members want to PP leave his function, he will leave it formally, but, not until next elections (to prevent PTO). Party members will vote for Temponary Party President who will be on the head of the party until next PP elections.
Any member can apply for Congress, and Country President elections.
