The party eventually became inactive due to a war between Malaysia and Croatia. As a result, there were no congress elections for a short period, before eventually becoming inactive. Sapaia eventually took over as president but the party still did not make a comeback.

Henchee eventually took control of the party, with the intention of dissolving the party, since the party was no longer serving a purpose. Due to members in the party were not active but were still alive, it was difficult to dissolve the party.

Henchee renamed the party to Parti Sosialis Bersatu, a far-left, anarchist party. The party was still not popular as more people were joining Parti Rakyat eMalaysia, Free Malaysian Party & eMalaysian Democratic Union.

Eventually, the party was dissolved as the party no longer had any members.
